3.1. Soulla Collective offers digital products (including ebooks and guides), physical products (clothing via SOULLA the Label), and experiences (including retreats and group programmes).

3.2. Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once downloaded.

3.3. For physical products (clothing), please refer to our Customer Care page for sizing, returns, and shipping information.

3.4. Retreat bookings are subject to separate booking terms which will be provided at the time of purchase. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
