    Our Lyocell Tencel products are designed with both sustainability and comfort in mind. To ensure your items remain in their best condition, please follow these simple care instructions:

    Washing:

    Hand-wash or machine-wash your Lyocell Tencel items at a low temperature (maximum 30°C).
For machine washing, select the wool wash cycle or delicates cycle.
Use an eco-friendly wool wash detergent for optimal results.


    Drying:

    Hang-dry your Lyocell Tencel pieces to maintain their shape and quality.
If you choose to tumble dry, use the lowest heat setting and remove the items promptly to avoid wrinkles.


    Ironing:

    Gently steam or iron your Lyocell Tencel items at a warm setting.
For best results, iron the items while they are still slightly damp.

  • All orders are shipped out from Bali, Indonesia with EMS International or FEDEX/DHL Express Post for a flat rate of approximately $12.99 for customers worldwide. We offer free shipping to Bali and Indonesia. Shipping can take 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.

    RETURNS

    You have 14 days to return an item once it has been delivered. We do not do exchanges. All Sale items are final Sale.

    REFUNDS AND RETURNS

    We are happy to accept returns for full-priced, unused items, as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt.

    You then have a further 14 days to return the order to us.


    This return step must be done within 14 days of receipt of the order. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it.
